Our Residential Leasing Services
When deciding on which agent to use in the search for your new home there are two considerations.
The first consideration is whether you should work with an agent that manages specific properties and thus works as representatives of the landlord thereby meeting the landlord's expectations.
The second consideration is do you work with a company such as Residences + Relocations Ltd who represent your interests and who are not affiliated with any particular property or landlord and therefore have the ability to show you what is available in the entire market?
We will show you what is being offered for lease by reliable, reputable landlords and we can easily do this because of our years of experience working in the Hong Kong market and familiarizing ourselves with landlords who will provide you with responsible property maintenance and management.
In all phases of our negotiations our company prides itself on introducing our clients to landlords and property managers who will assure the best for our clients. We work within your budget range. We do not ever lead you to properties that might compromise your budget. We do not create a false expectation as to where your budget will fit in the leasing market in Hong Kong. We do not ever lead you to higher priced properties in order to increase our commission. We do not accept nor pay gratuities to any landlords or outside organizations. This ethical approach to the market has given us the recognition and respectability that is sometimes lacking in others.
